i recently celebrated my birthday in lee's summit and was pleasantly surprised by my stay. the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the owner made a big impression on me. for the price, this place is hard to beat and its proximity to kc is a huge bonus.

This place was just gross. The room was damp, and I mean, like, everything felt wet! The staff's attitude was awful too, like we were bothering them by asking for help. And the ants on the pillow? Ugh! We left and ended up finding a much better place. Location isn’t great either. Just don't go here.
